1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and 18jil ("18jil," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the 18jil online gaming platform available at 18jil.net (the "Platform").

By creating an account, accessing the Platform, or using any of the services offered by 18jil — including live casino games, slot machines, bingo, fishing games, sports betting, and any promotional offers — you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your account. 18jil reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Amendments will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the Platform following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Eligibility

To register and use the 18jil Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age, as required under Philippine gaming regulations administered by PAGCOR (Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation).
• You must be a resident of the Philippines or otherwise legally permitted to access online gaming services under the laws of your jurisdiction.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of 18jil, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from the 18jil Platform or any affiliated gaming service.

18jil reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. If a Player is found to be underage, their account will be immediately suspended, all winnings will be forfeited, and any deposits will be returned to the original payment method after deducting any applicable processing fees.

Age restriction notice: 18jil strictly enforces the 21+ age requirement in compliance with PAGCOR regulations. Underage gambling is illegal and harmful. If you are under 21, you must not attempt to register or access the Platform.

3. Account Registration

Each individual may hold only one (1) registered account on the 18jil Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your registration information and must promptly update any details that change. 18jil is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. Any activity conducted through your account will be deemed to have been carried out by you, and you will be held responsible for all such activity.

If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, you must notify 18jil immediately via the Platform's customer support channels. 18jil will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized use of your account prior to notification.

18jil reserves the right to refuse account registration or to close an existing account at its sole discretion, including where it suspects fraud, money laundering, or any other illegal activity.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the 18jil Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). The following payment methods are accepted for deposits and withdrawals:

• E-wallets: GCash, PayMaya (Maya) — instant processing
• Bank Transfer: BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, Security Bank — same-day processing
• Debit Card: Visa/Mastercard debit cards issued by Philippine banks

The minimum deposit amount is ₱200. Minimum withdrawal amounts and processing times vary by payment method and will be displayed at the time of transaction. 18jil does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals, though your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own charges.

Withdrawals are subject to identity verification (KYC). 18jil may require you to submit a valid government-issued ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership before processing any withdrawal. This is a regulatory requirement and is not optional.

All funds deposited into your 18jil account must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. 18jil reserves the right to reverse any deposit and suspend any account where third-party funding is suspected.

18jil is not a financial institution and does not pay interest on account balances. Player funds are held in segregated accounts separate from 18jil's operational funds.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

18jil offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible Players, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and VIP rewards. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific terms attached to each individual promotion:

• Bonuses are available to Players who have completed account registration and, where applicable, identity verification.
• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements (also referred to as "playthrough requirements"). The applicable wagering requirement will be stated in the specific promotion terms. Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement has been met in full.
• 18jil reserves the right to determine which games contribute to wagering requirements and at what percentage. Live casino games and certain table games may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until wagering requirements are satisfied.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless otherwise specified in the promotion terms.
• 18jil reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Any attempt to abuse, exploit, or manipulate bonus terms — including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated play, or any other method — will result in the forfeiture of all bonus funds and winnings, and may result in permanent account suspension.

6. Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on the 18jil Platform — including live casino games, slot machines, bingo, fishing games, and sports betting — are governed by individual game rules that are accessible within each game interface. By participating in any game, you agree to be bound by the applicable game rules.

18jil uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for all applicable games to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Live casino games are conducted by professional dealers in real time and are subject to independent oversight.

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during a game, 18jil reserves the right to void the affected game round and return the wagered amount to the Player's account. 18jil's decision in such matters is final.

18jil reserves the right to void any bet or game result where it has reasonable grounds to believe that the outcome was influenced by fraud, collusion, or any other form of cheating. Winnings derived from fraudulent activity will be forfeited.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 18jil Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the Platform or gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Colluding with other Players to manipulate game outcomes.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime through the Platform.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or at any other time.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited.
• Allowing or facilitating access to your account by any third party, including minors.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, hack, or otherwise interfere with the Platform's software or infrastructure.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behavior toward 18jil staff or other Players.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the 18jil Platform — including but not limited to software, game content, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, and user interface elements — is the exclusive property of 18jil or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of 18jil.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 18jil shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of profits.

18jil's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with these Terms or the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

18jil does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

10. Privacy

18jil collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

18jil will not sell your personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with regulatory authorities, payment processors, and identity verification providers as required by law or necessary to operate the Platform.

11. Responsible Gaming

12. Termination

18jil reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any reason including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
• Failure to pass identity verification requirements.
• Inactivity for a period exceeding twelve (12) consecutive months.
• A request by a regulatory or law enforcement authority.

Upon termination for cause, 18jil reserves the right to forfeit any bonus balances and winnings derived from bonus funds. Real-money balances that are not subject to forfeiture will be returned to the Player via the original payment method, subject to completion of KYC verification and deduction of any applicable fees.

You may close your account at any time by contacting 18jil customer support. Account closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days. Any pending withdrawals at the time of closure will be processed in the normal course.

13. Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the 18jil Platform that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. Players who access the Platform from outside the Philippines do so at their own risk and are responsible for compliance with local laws.

18jil operates within the regulatory framework of PAGCOR. Any regulatory complaints may be directed to PAGCOR through its official channels.
